摘    要:采用凯氏定氮、索氏抽提等常规分析方法对两种虾片的营养构成进行了分析。结果表明,两种虾片的氨基酸、脂肪酸种类齐全、必需氨基酸和必需脂肪酸含量较高、常规营养成分含量适当。新研制的微颗粒饲料——卤虫虾片与国外成型产品日本海宝虾片相比,卤虫虾片的必需氨基酸和鲜味氨基酸较高,卤虫虾片的必需脂肪酸特别是EPA和DHA较高,这为卤虫虾片的喂养试验提供了理论依据。在随后进行的南美白对虾的饲喂试验中,其成活率明显高于日本海宝虾片。

Abstract:The nutritional composition of the two flakes were analyzed with traditional methods such as kjeldahl nitrogen determination method and soxhlet abstracting method.The results showed that the kinds of amino acids and fatty acids in two flakes were rich,essential amino acids and essential fatty acids were high,and traditional nutritional components were suitable.Compared with Haibao flakes-produced in Japan, Artemia flakes a newly developed type of microfeed:essential amino acids and delicious amino acids were high in the composition of amino acids;essential fatty acids especially EPA,DHA were high in the composition of fatty acids.They provided theoritecal basis for feeding experiments with Artemia flakes,and in the following cultivating of Penaeus vannamei larvae,the survival rate was obviously higher than that with Haibao flakes.
