雁北地区水资源危机及对策

针对雁北地区自然条件、水资源状况和供需之间的矛盾,分析了该地区河川径流量和地下水可开采量,客观地论证了该地区水资源的短缺程度。估算了全区目前总需求和2000年需求水量。根据区内现有水利设施的可供水量,提出了解决水资源短缺供需矛盾的对策,以期能解决或缓解雁北地区水的供需矛盾。

The Crisis and Strategy of Water Resources in the Yanbei Region

The river flow and the possible groundwater exploitation and the water shortage situa- tion of the region have been studied in this paper according to the natural condition and the water re- sources situatioa and the conflict between supply and demands of the Yanbei region. The total current demands and the demands of the whole region in the year of 2000 have been estimated. The strategy for solving the water resources shortage and the conflict between supply and demands is developed baled on the possible water supply of the current water conservancy projects of the region and the con- flict between supply and demands of the Yanbei region can be solved or released.
