摘    要:利用付里叶转换──红外分光光度计制作了标准大豆根瘤菌菌株22-10,27-50,US-DA110及15006的FT-IR图谱。结果表明,所得图谱分辨率高、重复性好,并且不同菌株的图谱在指纹区(波数800~1000)有明显差别,这说明各菌株的FT-IR图谱是高度特异的,这种特异性可用于菌株鉴别.

Abstract:FT-IR spectra of four Bradyrhizobium japonicum strains: 22-10, 27-50, USDA110 and 15006 have been made with the FT-IR spectrometer (Nicolet 5DXB). The results of experiments indicated that the method used can give us spectra with high resolution, good reproductivity. The outcome of the experiments also showed that different B. japonicum strains had different fingerprint regions between 800-1000 cm(-1) in the spectra. These results proved that FT-IR spectra of different rhizobial strains had specific FT-IR patterns that may be used to identify other bacterial species or strains as well as rhizobial strains.
