| 摘 要： | 从生物偷盗的典型事件出发,分析了其产生的原因,该事件的发生对当前知识产权制度的冲击,提出制止生物偷盗发生的措施,包括建立基因资源获取、利用的立法程序以及基因资源利用的伦理道德框架。

| Abstract: | Analyze some representative event of biopiracy,it summarized the reason of biopiracy and the impact on the present property right.Some measures are put forward to interdict biopiracy,including building legislation procedure of getting and using gene resource and ethic frame of sharing gene resource. |
