| Abstract: | Marx＇s land rent theory is the indispensable important constituent of Marx economic theory.Based on analysis of Marx land rent theory,grasping the scientific connotation of the Marx land rent theory,combined with necessity of land rent and reality of land nationalization in China,theories and policies of socialism land rent and land nationalization were positively explored and studied. |
