贵州玉米地方种质主要性状遗传变异研究

摘    要:对贵州玉米地方品种资源的生育期、株高、果穗性状、抗病性、抗旱性、抗寒性、配合力等主要性状进行了研究,并对其遗传变异、地理分布、来源、特征特性等了进行了分析。结果表明:地方种质具有抗旱、耐瘠、耐寒等优良特性,尤其是具有对不同生态环境的特异适应性。贵州玉米地方种质资源的诸多性状均具有较大的遗传变异,这些变异可用来拓宽现有育种材料的遗传基础,鉴选出一批各具特点的优异资源,为玉米育种提供了进一步改良利用的优选素材。

Abstract:The research results indicatd that many agronomical characters of local maize germplasm resources in Guizhou have great genetic variation,which can be used to select some good breeding germplasm resources with special agronomical characters in maize breeding by studying the growth period,plant height,ear,disease resistance,drought resistance,cold tolerance and combining ability of local maize germplasm resources and analyzing their genetic variation,geographic distribution,origin and characteristics in Guizhou.Because the local maize germplasm resources possess good characteristics of drought resistance,barren endurance and cold tolerance and special adaptability of different ecological environment,their good characteristics should be maintained in the improvement and innovation of local maize germplasm resources.
