| 摘 要： | 防御素是动植物先天免疫系统的主要成分。哺乳动物体内的防御素在宿主的嗜中性粒细胞、粘膜表面、皮肤和其他上皮细胞免疫中起重要作用。作者综述了哺乳动物防御素的来源与分布、分子结构特征、生物活性、作用机理及应用前景。

| Abstract: | Defensins are peptidic components of the innate immune system of plants and animals.In mammals,defensins have evolved to have a central function in the host defense properties of granulocytic leukocytes,mucosal surfaces,skin and epithelial.This review focuses on the region and distribution of defensin,the characteristic of molecular structure,biological activity,functions and application of mammalian defensins. |
