| 摘 要： | 目的]应用组织培养技术,研究北五味子组织培养诱导成活技术。方法]采用MS基本培养基,添加不同浓度的植物激素,选择无污染的北五味子茎,进行组织培养随机试验。根据试验结果来研究不同浓度植物激素对北五味子诱导成活率的影响,筛选北五味子诱导分化较适合的培养基。结果]培养基中以MS＋琼脂8 g/L＋蔗糖30 g/L＋6-BA 0.15 mg/L＋NAA 0.50 mg/L的诱导效果较好。结论]通过配制不同浓度NAA的培养基,对北五味子诱导分化进行试验研究,MS＋琼脂8 g/L＋蔗糖30 g/L＋6-BA 0.15 mg/L＋NAA0.50 mg/L最适合北五味子茎分化。
