海南陆地棉柱头活力和保存方式对宿主花粉活力的影响

以自育陆地棉品种周棉6号为材料,研究雌蕊柱头活力、宿主花粉活力持续时间及宿主花粉活力在低温避光(LD)和常温避光(RD)处理下的差异。结果表明,陆地棉去雄后柱头活力持续时间较长,17~46 h成铃率可维持在84%以上,去雄后柱头最佳授粉时期是17~42 h;LD处理对维持宿主花粉活力的效果远优于RD处理,2种处理存在显著差异的时间是处理后26.5 h;RD处理的最佳授粉时间是处理24.5 h内,但28.5 h还具有约80%的较高成铃率,低温避光保存的宿主花粉活力在28.5 h内未见显著降低,成铃率均在90%以上。冬繁时若要求陆地棉杂交成铃率80%左右,可采取去雄后的柱头在17~46 h授予新鲜花粉或是刚去雄的柱头授予保存时间不超过28.5 h的花粉,花粉保存方式为LD或RD处理均可。

Study on Stigma Viability and the Effects of Preserving Methods on Host Pollen Viability of Upland Cotton in Hainan
