摘    要:以没食子酸为标准品,采用Folin-Ciocateau法对柿子皮醇提物的乙酸乙酯、正丁醇萃取物及水溶物三部分中的多酚含量进行测定,并用DPPH·法对各萃取物进行抗氧化活性测定.结果表明,①乙酸乙酯、正丁醇萃取物和水溶物三部分的多酚含量分别为36.70、4.96和9.51 mg/g.②抗氧化试验显示,三部分清除DPPH·...

Abstract:Three extracts of ethyl acetate, n butabol and water from the ethanol extract from persimmon peel were used to determine polyphenols content, and gallic acid was served as standard compound. Then the free radical scavenging activities of the three fractions were measured with DPPH·(1,1 diphenyl 2 picrylhydrazyl) method. The results showed that, (i) the polyphenols content of ethyl acetate extract, n butabol extract, water extract are 36.70, 4.96 and 9.51 mg/g. (ii) the DPPH·scavenging value of IC50 are 243.76, 1 389.95 and 940.03 mg/L, respectively. (iii) the correlation study showed that the powerful antioxidative activity of persimmon was mainly resulted from high contents of polyphenols. The research indicated that the polyphenols content of ethyl acetate extract is higher than that of n butabol extract and water extract. Antioxidative activity showed that the three extracts have DPPH free radical scavenging activities, and the ethyl acetate extract is the best. The polyphenols of persimmon is a natural antioxidant with strong activity.
