| Abstract: | From the perspectives of the legal relation of the journal editorial department in universities with the authors, external exchange and its lawsuit status, this article discusses its status as the subject of legal person. It argues that the journal editorial department should properly tackle various legal problems encountered in its management, editing and publication. |
