| 摘 要： | 通过对曼地亚红豆杉扦插育苗试验，结果表明：在“全光喷雾”的沙盘内以河沙为扦插基质，插穗以选择幼龄母树1年生半木质化嫩枝为最好，长度以10～12cm，插穗采用100mg，L质量浓度的ABT1号生根粉浸泡1h后扦插，45d后形成愈伤组织，90d后形成愈伤组织率最高达93．3％，第2年4月生根率最高达96．67％。扦插时间在7月中旬为最好。

| Abstract: | Though the experiment on cutting propagation of Taxus media, the results showed that using riversand in the sand table with full-light spraying as substrates, one-year-old semi-woody softwood was the best, and its length was 10-12 cm, dipping cuttings in solution of No.1 ABT with a 100 mg/L eoneentration for 1 hour, and form callus after 45 d,the rate of callus was more than 93.3% after 90 d, and rooting percentage of cuttings was over 96.67% on April next year. Middle of July was the best time for cutting. |
