摘    要:采用在茶树细胞培养过程中饲喂标记前体的方法 ,进行了1 4 C标记儿茶素的合成研究。比较了1 4 C 苯丙氨酸和1 4 C 乙酸钠两种前体的饲喂效果 ,分析了饲喂前体被培养细胞吸收与利用的动态 ,研究了细胞预培养和紫外线预处理对提高产物标记率的作用 ,并采用高速逆流色谱和高效液相色谱技术对合成的标记产物进行了分析

Abstract:The preparation of 14 C labelled catechins was studied by feeding 14 C labelled precursor to tea cultured cells. Two labelled precursors were tested and their effects were compared. The dynamics of absorption and transformation of fed precursors were analyzed and the effects of pre culture as well as UV light pretreatment on product labelling rate were evaluated. Product analysis was also made by HSCCC and HPLC techniques.
