| 摘 要： | 合成一对猪Ⅱ型圆环病毒(PCV-2)ORF1基因特异性引物,对分离到的郑州分离株(ZZ株)猪圆环病毒PCV- 2型的ORF1基因进行了扩增,经测序后,对所测序列进行分析。结果显示,PCV-2 ORF1所表达的蛋白质具有良好的抗原性。

| Abstract: | The ORF1 gene was amplified from ZZ strain of PCV-2 respectively using the primers designed according to the PCV-2OFR1 sequence published in Genbank.The nucleotide sequence data of PCV-2ORF1 gene was ana- lyzed,several conserved founctional domains were discovered in PCV-2ORF1 gene and found the protein translated by PCV2-ORF1 gene having well immunogenicity. |
