居住区水景空间植物景观的使用后评估研究——以抚顺丰远玫瑰城为例

本研究以使用后评估（POE）法为研究方法，通过观察抚顺丰远玫瑰城居住区水景空间植物景观的配置手法和使用需求并分析使用人群对于植物景观的实际需求和使用情况，以植物景观的品种数量、可观赏性、健康状况、空间布局、植株高度、种植密度、修剪风格、温湿调节等8个因子拟定评估准则，然后对玫瑰城水景空间植物景观进行满意度调查，计算各因素对水景空间植物景观的满意度相关性。最后根据所分析的数据发现植物的可观赏性和植物配置的空间布局对整体水景空间植物景观的影响较之其他因素更加显著。针对两因子中不足之处提出改良意见，为今后抚顺地区自然奈件的水景空间植物景观设计做参考。

A Post Occupancy Evaluation Research to Landscape Plants around Water Zone in Residential Area in Fushun

The method of Post Occupancy Evaluation were used in this research to find out most important factors about the satisfaction of landscape plants around water zone in a residence in Fushun. According to the requirement and service condition by observing the users, and based on evaluation criterion of eight factors （variety, aesthetics, health condition, position arrangement, height, consistency, gardening style and environment improving）, the satisfaction of the landscape plants were surveyed and the correlation between each idiographic factor are calculated. The conclusion is that the two factors of aesthetics and position arrangement affect the satisfaction most. In the end, some defects were discussed aiming at the two factors as references for landscape plants design around water zone in residential area in Fushun.
