摘    要:采用基于CAD边界模型的离散元设计分析方法,建立了精密排种器部件和种子群联合模型,对常压下大豆精密排种过程进行了动态仿真分析。仿真结果表明,对于外充式垂直圆盘型孔轮排种器,种子在排种轮中心线以下15°~0°充种角范围内,可以进行排种型孔的充填,扩大了种子充填范围;种子之间的摩擦因数对排种性能影响较大;输种管参数对种子在种沟内分布具有显著影响。

Abstract:The combined model of soybean seed-metering device and seed particles were constructed, and the dynamics analysis and simulation of the soybean seed-metering process were carried out by the discrete element method based on the boundary element of CAD models (DEMBCAD) in normal pressure condition. Results showed that The DEMBCAD can be used to study the interaction among the components of the seed-metering devices and seed particles. The movement law of the tested seeds and the effects of design parameters on the performance of the seed-metering devices can be studied also by DEMBCAD. The analysis and simulation results show that the performances of seed-metering device were affected markedly by the coefficient of internal friction among seeds. When the internal friction coefficient exceeds 0.5, miss planting rate will increase remarkably.
