| 摘 要： | 以新生仔猪为实验动物,探讨复方抗应激制剂对哺乳仔猪大肠杆菌免疫状况及对大肠杆菌易感性的影响。结果,疫苗＋抗应激制剂组的发病率为8．33％,低于抗应激制剂组（25．00％、P＜0．05）、疫苗组（41．67％,P＜0．05）和空白对照组（66．7％,P＜0．01）;疫苗＋抗应激制剂组平均净增重为228．60g/d,显著高于疫苗组（187．14g/d,P＞0．05）。并经致病性试验及仔猪回归试验的验证,表明该应激制剂能明显改善哺乳仔猪对大肠杆菌的免疫状况,增强仔猪的免疫力,降低哺乳仔猪对致病性大肠杆菌的易感性。

| Abstract: | In the paper, we used newborn pigs as experimental animals, to study the effect on the susceptibility Of newborn pigs to E.coli with compound the CPID.The result was that the percent of colibacillosis in "immunisation+CPID" group was 8.33%, compared with that of in "immunisation group"(41.67%, P <0.05)?"CPID group"(25.00, P >0.05)and control group (66.67%, P <0.01); The average Of daily weight gain in "immunisation+CPID" group is 228.6 g/d, and it is obviously higher than that of in "CPID group"(187.14 g/d).By the pathogenic test and runback test., it is concluded that the CPID can improve the immunity of piglets obviously, and so the CPID can reduce the susceptibility Of newborn pigs to E.coli. |
