紫露草雄蕊毛突变技术对饮用水诱变剂的检测试验

摘    要:目的]验证紫露草雄蕊毛突变技术检测饮用水诱变剂的可行性。方法]采用紫露草雄蕊毛突变检测法、紫露草花粉母细胞四分体微核检测法,对采自桂林市雁山区和七星区的自来水、井水、泉水、山洞水的8份水样的诱变剂污染情况进行检测,同时作MH对紫露草雄蕊毛突变检测法进行验证试验。结果]不同水样诱发的突变率呈现不同程度的效应,只有2份水样检测出诱变剂污染。同一水样2种检测方法诱发的突变率呈现相同程度的效应,受到诱变剂污染的2份水样属同一污染程度。验证试验表明3种MH浓度下的检测结果均有显著性差异,与国际协作研究的验证结果一致。结论]紫露草雄蕊毛突变检测法是检测环境中诱变剂存在的有效方法,可用于即位评价环境污染。

Abstract:Objective] The aim was to validate the feasibility of detecting drinking water mutagens by mutation technology of tradescantia stamen hair. Method] The pollution conditions of mutagens in 8 water samples collected from tap water, well water, fountain and cave water in Yanshan and Qixing districts in Guilin City were detected by mutation detection of tradescantia stamen hair and tetrad micronucleus detection of tradescantia pollen mother cells, simultaneously, MH was done to validate mutation detection of tradescantia stamen hair. Result] The mutation rate induced by different water samples showed effects to different degrees and mutagens pollution was detected out in only 2 water samples. The mutation rates induced by 2 detection methods of the same water sample showed effects to the same degree and the 2 water samples polluted by mutagens had the same pollution degree. The validation experiment showed that the detection results had significant difference under 3 MH concentrations, which accorded with the validation result of international cooperated research. Conclusion] Mutation detection of tradescantia stamen hair was effective method for detecting mutagens in environment and could be used to evaluate environmental pollution in site.
