| Abstract: | Rapid and accurate detection of potato virus Y is an effective way to its control.In this paper,we gave an overall introduction of the modern techniques for PVY detection.They included the immunochemical methods based on antiserrum and nucleic acid molecular marker methods based on the difference of molecular structure of nucleic acids.Merits of these methods were compared. |
