黄瓜等九种蔬菜与NO3—N亲和力的研究

摘    要:应用酶动力学方程 v=(V_(max)[s])/(Km+[s]),通过 Lineweaver-Burk 法作图求取 km值.结果表明,供试的9种蔬菜苗期对 NO_3-N 的亲和力大小依次为:甜椒>玉米>番茄>黄瓜>甘蓝>茄子>茼蒿>芹菜>苋菜。蔬菜在吸收 NO_3-N 的同时,可向培养液中分泌微量的还原糖,蛋白质,有机酸等。其中草酸的分泌量随营养液中 NO_3-N 浓度的增加而明显增加。采用NH_4-N、NO_3-N 混合施肥,对降低叶菜类 NO_3-N 的累积效果明显。

Abstract:A series of Km valucs were obtained graphically by Lineweaver-Burk methods andbased on the enzyme kinetical equotion.According to these values,the compatibility of9 species of vegetables with NO_3-N was in the following decreasing order:sweetpepper,corn,crown daisy,tomato,cucumber,cabage,eggplant,celery andamaranth.On absorbing the NO_3-N,these vegetable crops could excrete small amountsof reduced sugar,protein and organic acids.The excretion of oxalatic acid was found,in particular,to increase with the concentration of NO_3-N in the nutrition solution.The use of NO_3-N and NH_4-N mixed solution played an important role in dccreasingthe accumulation of nitrite in the leaves.
