| 摘 要： | 介绍了诱导马尾松（Ｐｉｎｕｓｍａｓｓｏｎｉａｎａ）染色体Ｇ－带的两种方法──尿素法和ＡＳＧ法．分析了两种处理方法显现带纹的共同特点和差异．指出了显现松杉植物染色体Ｇ－带的要点．

| Abstract: | G-bands in metaphase chromosomes of Pinus massoniana have been induced successfully by applying a urea method and an improved ASG method. The common characteristics and differences of G-band patterns induced by the two treatment methods have been analysed.The crucial points for revealing G-bands in the chromosomes of Pinus and Cunninghamia have also been given in this paper. |
