| 摘 要： | 将绿色荧光蛋白基因编码区克隆到转移载体pBacPAK8,与杆状病毒BacPAK6共转染昆虫细胞,通过同源重组和筛选,构建了整合有绿色荧光蛋白基因的重组病毒。在昆虫细胞中表达的绿色荧光蛋白,在荧光显微镜下呈现绿光。这样,就可在细胞内通过监测其表达情况,以了解病毒在不同细胞中的感染情况。

| Abstract: | Green fluorescent protein gene was cloned into the transfer vector pBacPAK8.Baallus virus BacPAK6 transfection into insect cells.Throngh homologous reformation and filtering,to construct the comformity recombinant virons with green fluorescent protein gene.The expression of insect cells green fluoresceut protein produced fluores cence when excited by fluoro microcope.In this way,the expression was monitored and the infection of virous in different cells was known. |
