木槿根瘤内生放线菌的分离及系统发育分析

摘    要:采用匀浆法利用S,JA,BAP这3种培养基从木槿根瘤内分离出6株菌株并把菌株进行系统发育分析。结果表明S培养基分离效果较好;系统发育分析表明4株小单孢菌属、2株野野村菌属、1株马杜拉菌属。

Abstract:The 6 strains were isolated respectively on S,JA,BAP three mediums from root-tubercle of Hibiscus syriacus by the nodule-slicing method, and these strains were used to phylogenetic analysis. S medium was the best medium for isolating endophytic actinomycetes.The phylogenetic analysis results showed that 6 strains of endophytic actinomycetes in plants could be divided into 3 genus, including 4 strain of Micromonospora, 1 strains of Nonomuria and 1 strains of Actinomadura.
