| 摘 要： | 在毛白杨(Populus tomentosa Carr.)组织培养工作中,使用简化的土汁培养基培育毛白杨实生苗获得了较好的效果。它与MS或MS/2培养基培育的实生苗相比,在苗高、主根长度和叶片数等方面均无显著差异。从而简化了培养基的制作方法,并可节省经费开支,也有利于基层单位开展组织培养工作。

| Abstract: | A new set of simple soil water extracts media, were applied to the in vitro seedlings of Populus tomentosa Carr. culture. This set of soil solution media has a simple preparation processes, but produces the same number of viable seedlings as the controls (MS; MS/2 media). The soil water extracts were used as a basic component of the new media and striking effects were observed. The whole composition of MS (or MS/2) media could be supplied with extracts of soil water, provided that the growth of the plantlets and the development of its root system were in a normal state. |
