| 摘 要： | 目的]研究沼渣、沼液在秀珍菇栽培上的应用效果。方法]在基本桑秆培养基中添加沼渣、沼液栽培秀珍菇,研究不同沼渣、沼液处理对秀珍菇产量和营养成分的影响。结果]沼渣栽培对秀珍菇增产效果显著,在基本桑秆培养基中添加10%沼渣和20%沼渣,秀珍菇产量较对照分别增加31.80%和21.20%,可溶性蛋白质含量较对照分别提高13.10%和21.90%,粗多糖含量分别提高5.80%和8.60%。沼液栽培对秀珍菇增产效果不明显。结论]沼渣栽培秀珍菇效果最佳。 |
