五份番茄育种材料的青枯病抗性鉴定及其主要经济性状调查

摘    要:采用伤根灌注法对5份新引进的番茄育种试材进行抗青枯病鉴定,从中筛选抗青枯病的育种材料。结果表明,T2-08-555发病率和病情指数分别为38.9%和26,抗性水平明显优于对照。该份材料为有限生长型,果重偏小(36.3 g),需改良后方能利用。

Abstract:Root inoculation method was used to select resistant material against Bacterial Wilt of tomato.Among five materials,T2-08-555 showed moderate resistant to the disease,incidence rate was 38.9% and disease index was 26.The average single fruit weight of T2-08-555 was small,about 36.3 g,so this material could not be used for breeding directly until economic character innovation.
