| 摘 要： | 从基因型、外植体种类、预培养时间、菌液浓度、侵染时间、共培养时间、选择压、培养基激素含量等方面综述了农杆菌介导的马铃薯遗传转化的影响因素,并对进一步的研究进行了展望,以期该技术在马铃薯的产量提高、品质改善中发挥作用。

| Abstract: | The influencing factors of agrobacterium-mediated genetic transformation in potato including genotypes,kinds of explants,pre-culture time,bacterial concentration,infection time,co-culture time,selection pressure,the hormone content in medium et al were summarized,and the further study was forecasted,which aimed to play a role in yield increased and quality improvement of potato. |
