模拟酸雨对萱草光合特性的影响

摘    要:采用人工喷洒的方法,研究了不同pH值(2.0、3.5、5.0、6.5)的模拟酸雨对6个萱草属光合特性的影响。用LI-6400型便携式光合作用测定系统对萱草的光合特性进行测定,在研究光合指标与抗酸性关系的基础上,采用隶属函数法对6种萱草属进行综合评价。结果表明:与对照相比,pH 3.5酸雨降低了萱草的光补偿点、光饱和点,在pH 3.5~2.0强酸雨胁迫下,6个萱草属植物材料受伤严重,但材料之间有一定差异,它们的受伤程度依次为:野生重瓣萱草〈玫瑰红萱草〈黄花菜〈大花萱草〈金娃娃萱草〈折叶萱草。
