摘    要:目的]研究红芪多糖3(HPS-3)的抗氧化活性。方法]在体外化学模拟条件下,研究HPS-3对超氧阴离子(O2-.)、羟基自由基(.OH)、DPPH和过氧化氢(H2O2)的清除作用。结果]HPS-3具有一定的清除自由基的能力,在0.05~5.00mg/ml浓度范围内,对O2-.、H2O2、.OH及DPPH的最大清除率分别为55.92%、59.32%、53.69%和87.66%,且呈一定的量效依赖关系。结论]红芪多糖在体外有直接的抗氧化能力。

Abstract:Objective]The research aimed to study the antioxidant activity of polysaccharide HPS-3 from Radix Hedysari Method]Under in vitro chemical simulated conditions,the scavenging effects of HPS-3's on superoxide anion(O_2~-·),hydroxyl radical (·OH),DPPH and H_2O_2 were measured for evaluating their antioxidant activity.Result]The results showed that HPS-3 had some functions of scavenging free radicals,in the concentration range of 0.05-5.00 mg/ml.The maximum scavenging rate on O_2~-·,H_2O_2,·OH and DPPH were 55.92%,59.32%,53.69%,87.66% respectively and there was a dose-dependent relationship.Conclusion]Polysaccharide from Radix Hedysari has distinctive antioxidant activity in vitro.
