摘    要:现代学徒制人才培养模式是产教深度融合,深化工学结合和校企合作的有效途径之一,也是培养大批优质毕业生的保障之一。从师资队伍培养的角度出发,对现代学徒制做了些许思考,提出了通过建设校企双方相互聘用、共同教学的方式来解决兽药专业群教学实践活动中师资队伍存在的问题。


Thinking on the Teaching Staff Training in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of Modern Apprenticeship
Abstract:The modem apprenticeship training mode is an effective way to integrate the production and education, to deepen thecombination of practice and study as well as the cooperation between college and enterprise, and to guarantee the high trainingquality of the talents. From the perspective of improving the teaching staff training, some thinking are made regarding the modernapprenticeship, and the countermeasures such as mutual employment and collaborative teaching in enterprise and college are putforward to solve the existing problems of teaching staff in practical teaching activity of the veterinary medicine associatedspecialties.
