摘    要:通过田间试验研究了有机与无机肥料不同配比对大白菜硝酸盐含量和产量的影响。结果表明,随有机肥料比例的增加,大白菜硝酸盐含量呈下降趋势,而亚硝酸盐含量无规律性变化;有机肥料与化肥配比为1∶1时,大白菜产量最高,达81119.0kg/hm2,硝酸盐含量2958mg/kg,亚硝盐含量0.23mg/kg,符合国家无公害食品标准,是试验中的最佳配比。

Effect of Different Ratio of Organic and Inorganic Fertilizer on Yield and Nitrate Content in Chinese Cabbage
Abstract:In the present experiment,both organic and inorganic fertilizers were applied to study the effect of different ratio of organic and inorganic fertilizer on yield and nitrate content in Chinese cab-bage.The result shows that the more organic fertilizer applied,the lower nitrate content is in Chinese cabbage,but the nitrite content varied randomly.In the experiment condition,the most suitable ratio of organic and inorganic fertilizers is one to one,as the yield of this treatment is the highest,the nitrate and nitrite content is under the level of national No-polluted food demands.
