有机硒对仔獭兔生长性能和组织抗氧化能力的影响

摘    要:选择80只60日龄的法系獭兔研究酵母硒对生长性能和组织抗氧化能力及GSH-Px mRNA表达丰度的影响。随机分为4个处理组,对照组、硒添加组(1~3)的饲粮是在基础日粮中分别添加0、0.1、0.3、0.5 mg/kg酵母硒,试验期30 d。结果表明:硒添加2组与3组的饲料增重比分别降低12.86%与9.02%,而皮张面积却分别增加11.30%与11.97%(P<0.05);在血浆中,添加2组与3组的GSH-Px活性与CAT活性均极显著升高(P<0.01);在肝组织中,添加1组的GSH-Px活性与CAT活性显著升高(P<0.05),而添加2组的MDA含量降低得最多;在肌肉组织中,添加1~3组的GSH-Px活性分别显著升高17.66%、57.91%与65.02%(P<0.05);肝与背最长肌的GSH-Px mRNA表达水平随酵母硒添加水平升高而升高(P<0.01)。综合分析表明,仔獭兔饲粮中添加酵母硒的最适量为0.3 mg/kg。

Abstract:The experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of diet supplemented with Organic Selenium(Selenium yeast)on growth performance,and tissue antioxidant capacity and GSH-Px mRNA expression.Eighty 60-day-age young Rex rabbits(half male and half female)were fed either a commercial diet(control group)or a Se-supplemented diet containing 0.1,0.3 and 0.5mg/kg Selenium yeast(3 adding groups)for 30 days.The results showed that after adding with 0.3 and 0.5mg/kg Selenium yeast,the feed/gain was decreased by12.86% and 9.02%,respectively.but the hide surface area was increased by 11.30% and 11.97%.In blood plasma,the activity of GSH-Px and the CAT activity were significantly elevated in response to 0.3 and 0.5 Se supply.In liver tissue,Significant increases(P<0.05)in GSH-Px activity and CAT activity were only obtained from adding group 1,and the content ofMAD of adding group 2 decreased at most.Compared with control group,the GSH-Px activity in musle tissue from addin group 1 to group 3 was Significantly increased by 17.66%、57.91% and 65.02%(P<0.05),respectively.In liver and longissimus muscle,GSH-Px mRNA expression levels increased with increase in the levels of Yeast selenium,but they were no Significant difference between adding group 2 and adding group 3.The results above suggested that the appropriate Selenium yeast supplementation level was 0.3mg /kg in young Rex rabbits.
