一株养殖沙塘鳢肠道溶血性苏云金芽孢杆菌的分离鉴定

Isolation and Identification of a Strain of BacillusThuringiensis from Intestinal Tract ofCultured Odontobutis obscurus

In order to investigate the bacterial disease of cultured Odontobutis,visceral bacteria were isolated from cultured Odontobutis obscurus in Jiangsu province,and a bacteria was isolated from intestines.The morphology was observed by means of microscope,the bacteria were purely cultured for identification of physiological and biochemical indicators,and the strain was identified by methods such as 16S rDNA homology analysis.The results show that its morphological characteristics and physiological and biochemical indexes were consistent with the characteristics of Bacillus cereus.The homology series search results in GeneBank showed that the homology of 16S rDNA sequence of Bacillus thuringiensis was as high as 99%.Phylogenetic tree analysis showed that the bacterium was Bacillus thuringiensis.
