山东养马岛贝类养殖海域细菌及相关因素的研究

摘    要:为确定适宜贝类的养殖环境,促进贝类养殖业健康可持续发展,于2019年5—11月对山东养马岛贝类养殖海域的细菌及相关理化指标进行检测与分析,并运用异养细菌总数等级评价和内梅罗指数法对该海域进行评价。研究显示,养马岛贝类养殖海域弧菌数量总体较低,异养细菌数量受人为因素影响较大,但整体无明显污染迹象;水温、盐度和透明度均处于正常范围,酸碱度和溶解氧符合海水水质一、二类标准;内梅罗综合指数小于0.75,海域环境相对清洁,污染程度低。总体上,山东养马岛贝类养殖海域水质较好,适宜贝类养殖。

Abstract:In order to determine a suitable shellfish breeding environment and promote the healthy and sustainable development of the shellfish aquaculture industry,the bacteria and related physical and chemical indicators in the shellfish waters of Yangma Island,Shandong were tested and analyzed from May to November,2019.The grade evaluation of total number of heterotrophic bacteria and Nemerow index method were used to evaluate the sea area.The results showed that the number of vibrio in the shellfish breeding area of Yangma Island was generally low,and the number of heterotrophic bacteria was greatly affected by human factors,but there was no obvious sign of pollution as a whole.The water temperature,salinity and transparency were all within the normal range,and the pH and dissolved oxygen were in line with the first and second standards of sea water quality.The Nemerow composite index was lower than 0.75,and the sea environment was relatively clean with low pollution.In general,the water quality of the shellfish breeding area on Yangma Island in Shandong was good and suitable for shellfish farming.
