国鉴淀粉型优质甘薯新品种洛薯10号的选育

洛薯10号是洛阳市农林科学院、洛阳金谷王种业有限公司以豫薯10号为母本,洛89-4-6为父本杂交选育而成的淀粉型、优质、高产、多抗甘薯新品种,2011年3月通过国家甘薯品种鉴定委员会品种鉴定。该品种的突出特点是:(1)淀粉含量高。河南省区试、国家区试、国家生产试验汇总:该品种淀粉含量分别是22.7%、21.3%、20.9%,分别比对照徐薯18高3.5、3.5、4.3个百分点。(2)淀粉产量高。河南省区试、国家区试、国家生产试验汇总:该品种淀粉产量分别是5 806.5、5 772.0、6 057.0kg/hm2,分别比对照增产17.4%(P≤5%)、10.3%(P≤1%)、27.7%(P≤1%)。(3)综合抗病性好。该品种高抗蔓割病,中抗根腐病、茎线虫病、黑斑病。(4)优质。淀粉含量高;薯干品质好。此外,单株结薯少,薯块整齐,薯皮光滑,更有利于机械收获和淀粉加工过程的清洗。

Breeding of Starch-type Sweetpotato Variety Luoshu No.10

A new sweetpotato variety Luoshu No.10 was developed from the cross of Yushu No.10 ×Luo 89-4-6 by Luoyang Academy of Agricultural and Forestry Sciences,and passed the certification of National Crop Variety Examination Committee in 2011.The variety presented many remarkable characters in different trials,such as high starch content,high starch yield,multiple disease resistance and good quality.Compared to Xushu 18,the starch content increased by 3.5 percentage points,reaching to 22.7%,and the average starch yield increased by 17.4%,reaching to 5 806.5 kg/ha in the Provincial Regional Trials of Henan;The starch content was 21.3%,3.5 percentage points higher than Xushu 18,and the starch yield reached to 5 772.0 kg/ha in average,10.3% higher than Xushu 18 in the National Regional Trials of Sweetpotato;The starch content was 20.9% and the starch yield was 6 057.0 kg/ha in average,increased by 4.3 percentage points and 27.7% respectively,compared to Xushu 18 in the National Production Trials of Sweetpotato.Luoshu No.10 had high resistance to Fusarium wilt disease,and middle resistance to stem-nematode,root rot and black rot.It also had good comprehensive characters,especially its good quality of dry matter,few root tuber number of single plant,smooth sweet potato skin,good root shape and high commercial rate,etc,which were beneficial to mechanical harvesting and cleaning in starch processing.
