| 摘 要： | 好氧颗粒污泥活性高,沉降性好,是提高生物反应器效能的重要物质.本文结合作者的研究经验和国内外的研究成果,对好氧颗粒污泥的形成机理及其主要影响因素进行了剖析,认为好氧颗粒污泥的形成是一个长期而复杂的微生物生态学过程,好氧颗粒污泥的形成、发展和成熟过程可分为5个不同的阶段,复杂而有序的食物网是颗粒污泥具有高活性的重要原因.接种污泥、营养成分、环境条件、反应器构型以及运行工况对颗粒污泥的形成和性状具有重大的影响.

| Abstract: | Aerobic granular sludge with high activity and good settleability was one of the most important basis for the improvement of bioreactor performance.The mechanism of aerobic sludge granulation and its main influencing factors were analyzed.During the formation,development and maturation of aerobic granular sludge,five stages were suggested.The complex and sequential food web was supposed to be an important factor that gave rise to the high activity of aerobic granular sludge.Seeding sludge,nutrient component,environmental condition,bioreactor configuration and operation parameter were supposed to greatly influence the formation and property of aerobic granular sludge. |
