摘 要: | [目的]为明确剩余污泥好氧堆肥的过程参数控制和物料组配比例。[方法]利用剩余污泥与木屑、鸡粪、猪粪按不同体积比例混合进行好氧堆肥研究。[结果]从温度、pH和含水率来看,试验的前4 d是好氧堆肥反应的高峰期,而16 d后基本处于后腐熟阶段;从氮素损失量来看,堆肥过程中3个堆体损失率为18.6%~22.8%,其中堆体A保氮效果最好;从种子发芽率来看,堆体B种子发芽率最高,表明该堆体腐熟程度最高。[结论]3种物料组配方案均得到处理效果较好的污泥堆肥。

Abstract: | [Objective] The research aimed to determine process parameter control and material matched proportion of aerobic composting of sewage sludge.[Method] Aerobic composting was carried out with 3 different volume ratios of sewage sludge,sawdust,chicken manure and pig manure.[Result] From the aspects of pile temperature,pH and moisture content,16 d was the fast reaction stage,and after that was rotten stage.Nitrogen loss of three piles ranged from 18.6% and 22.8%,and nitrogen retention of Pile A was the best.Germination index of Pile B was the highest that indicated rotten degree of Pile B was the highest among three piles.[Conclusion]Three material matched scheme can get good sludge compost. |
