温郁金遗传多样性的ISSR分析

摘    要:应用ISSR标记技术对温郁金6个居群的样品进行遗传多样性分析,11条引物共扩增得到82条带,其中多态性带26条,占总扩增带的31.7%。利用NTSYS-pc(Version 2.10e)软件分析供试样品问的遗传相似系数,利用POPGENE 1.32计算各居群间的遗传一致度和遗传距离,并用MEGA 3.1软件得到各居群间的聚类树状图。结果表明,供试6个温郁金居群间多态性不丰富,遗传多样性水平较低。

Abstract:The genetic diversity of six C.wenyujin populations were analyzed by ISSR.Eleven primers were screened on the template of total DNA of six C.wenyujin populations.A total of 82 bands were amplified,26 of which,31.7% of the total bands were polymorphic bands.Genetic similarity coefficient was obtained by NTSYS-pc(Version 2.10e)software.Nei's genetic identity and genetic distance for six C.wenyujin populations were obtained by POPGENE 1.32 software,and the dendrogram was constructed by MEGA 3.1 software.The results suggested that the genetic divemity of C.wenyujin from these six different geographical populations was low.
