摘    要:利用携抗白粉病基因Pm21的新抗源南农P045为供体亲本,采用“滚动回交”,抗白粉病性诱发鉴定与分子标记辅助选择相结合的方法,育成抗白粉病高产优质弱筋小麦新品种扬麦18,2008年通过安徽省品种审定委员会审定。该品种在2005-2007年度安徽省区试中,平均亩产429.5公斤,比对照扬麦158增产8.1%,增产极显著;品质优,主要品质指标达优质弱筋小麦标准;接种诱发鉴定表明该品种高抗白粉病,利用Pm21基因连锁标记NAU/Xibao15检测表明其携有Pm21基因。该品种适宜于长江下游麦区推广种植。

Abstract:Abstract:The powdery mildew resistant line P045 with Pm21 developed by Cytogeneties Institute,Nanjing Agricultural University,was used as donor parent to backcross with recurrent parents Yangmai 158, Ningmai 9, and the rolling convergent backcross strategy and traditional identification method combined with MAS for powdery mildew resistance was utilized to breed new varies with resistance to powdery mildew. A new soft wheat variety Yangmai 18 with high yield and powdery mildew resistance was developed and registered in 2008 by this method. In two years regional yield test of Anhui province, Yangmai 18 showed high powdery mildew resistance, good soft wheat quality and better yield with 8.1% increasing than check variety.It is suitable to grow in the middle-lower Yangtze River region.
