摘    要:为了解决玉米收获机割台拨禾链转速缺乏自动控制系统,引起玉米茎秆推倒的问题,以收获机车速为参考值,使用拨禾链转速与扭矩为反馈值,设计了一种基于双闭环PID控制的拨禾链转速控制系统。经过对关键参数的计算,使用AMESim软件进行了系统建模,并进行了仿真。仿真结果表明,双闭环PID控制系统对转速信号的阶跃响应时间最大为0.87s,最大超调量为2.63%。控制系统受到拨禾链阻力矩阶跃信号影响时,转速最大下降率为6.34%。拨禾链系统的消耗功率相对于纯机械传动降低了5.3%。该控制方法为玉米收获机拨禾链系统的设计提供了新的思路。

Abstract:The corn harvester header reel chain speed lacks the automatic control system, which will cause the corn stalk to be pushed down. To solve this problem, a reel chain speed control system based on double closed loop PID control is designed with the harvester speed as the reference value and reel chain speed and torque as the feedback value. After the calculation of the key parameters, the AMESim software is used for system modeling and simulation. The simulation results show that the maximum step response time of the double closed loop PID control system to the speed signal is 0.87s, and the maximum overshoot is 2.63%. When the control system is affected by the step signal of reel chain resistance torque, the maximum speed drop rate is 6.34%. The power consumption of the reel chain system is reduced by 5.3% compared with the pure mechanical drive. This control method provides a new idea for the design of corn harvester reel chain system.
