摘    要:利用离子注入诱变突变体高糖材料S10与中糖F104构建高糖F2群体,通过800条RAPD,20对SSR引物的筛选及F2群体63个单株田间性状的调查,运用Mapmaker/expversion3.0和QTL2.0软件进行高糖性状QTL分析,获得了包含16个标记位点的7个连锁群,覆盖甜菜染色体总长度的418.9cM。确定了3个与甜菜高糖性状相关的QTL位点。

Abstract:S10 is one of the parents as high sugar content mutant induced from ion impregnation, and F104 is as mid-sugar content in this experiment in Xinjiang. Based on the 800 RAPD, 20 pair makers and information of 63 plants from F2 populations, the data were analyzed by strips using Mapmaker/expversion3.0 and QTL2.0. The results showed that seven Linkage pedigree of 16 molecular marks, covering 418.9eM of sugarbeet chromosome length, three QTLs were detected and linked to high sugar content (at the level of LOD〉3).
