分层抽检小样本验定甜菜含糖的实践探索

为了研究抽取小容量样本检测验定批量甜菜的含糖,实现快速、准确、经济检测以甜菜块根大小为主要依据,准确判断块根分布,采取分层对称抽样组成小容量样本,实现了小样本具有较高的群体代表性,小样本检糖结果与田间检测及制糖检测高度吻合,样本平均值对应于品种、地块、栽培因子等在含糖差异与影响方面得到同步映证,同品种、同地块、同一种植户不同的交售车次的检测也验证了抽检具有较高的一致代表性。

Beet Sugar Content Test from Method of Drawing Small Stratified Samples

The investigation was conducted in order to fast and accurate testing sugar content of batch beet by method of drawing small stratified samples.The method was based on the size of beet root as the most objects,drawing several small samples from stratified symmetry sampling which was as primely representatives of collectivity.The results showed that the determination of beet sugar content from drawing small stratified samples was admirably consistent with both of field test and refine test.It is proved that the method of drawing small stratified samples is as preferable representatives of batch beet.
