摘    要:选用甜菜的根和叶片为试验材料,利用ELISA对新疆甜菜品种丛根病病毒(BNYVV)进行检测。结果表明:(1)在试验所检验的5个品种中,X14号,902号,913号,923号为抗病品种,X15号为感病品种,与田间结果相符。(2)从试验中可以看出用叶片样品的检验结果与用根样的一致,但根样的显色反应更为敏感准确。

Abstract:Rhizomania virus(BNYVV) of roots and leaves of 5 Xinjiang's sugarbeet varieties were detected by ELISA.The results showed that:(1) the variety,X15 was susceptible,the others were resistant among five varieties in laboratory tests and the same results in fields.(2) And the test using leaf samples were consistent with the root,but root-like color reactions were more sensitive and accurate.
