猪前体脂肪细胞的培养方法及生物学特征研究

[目的]研究大白猪前体脂肪细胞培养方法[方法]选用出生3d的仔猪脂肪组织，采用原代消化细胞法进行分离，培养后，研究猪脂肪组织增生的生物学特征[结果]结果表明，培养的原代细胞经传代后成分均一、生长旺盛充脂率高，培养细胞含有可被油红O染色的脂滴，具有前脂肪细胞的典型特征。[结论]试验建立的培养方法适用于脂肪细胞的培养和纯化，脂肪细胞特征典型。

Research on the Porcine Preadipocyte Culture and Its Biological Characteristics

[Objective] The method of porcine preadipocyte culture was researched.[Method] The adipose tissue from 3 day-age pig was cultured after isolated with the primary cell digestion method and then the biological characteristics of pig adipose tissue reproduction was researched.[Results] The results showed that the primary cells cultured were highly homogeneous,vigour growth and high differentiation rate.The cultured cells could be stained with oil red O,with typical character of preadipocyte.[Conclusion] The ex...
