| 摘 要： | 教育创新旨在创造特色新型教育，培养各种创新型人才，以满足知识经济背景下人和社会发展的多样性需求，使创新主体达成人才培养的市场竞争优势，获得生存和发展的自觉实践活动。为此，依据教育创新的时代内涵和特点，结合我国教育创新实际情况，分析了我国教育创新的制约因素。
