基于粗糙集理论的海外并购对象选取分析

应用粗糙集理论,在确定海外并购对象属性的前提下建立了二维决策表,依据粗糙集理论的应用流程,进行了数字化预处理,并借助粗糙集的约减,重点进行了属性和属性值的化简,同时,利用数据分析法有效地剔除了决策表中的冗余,以提取有用的知识辅助决策。运用粗糙集理论进行海外并购对象的筛选,能够给决策者提供知识支持,从而使隐藏在数字背后的信息得以呈现,为决策提供有力的依据,有助于提高并购对象选取的准确性。

Object Selection for Overseas Merger Base on Rough Set

Two-dimensional decision-making table was established according to the rough set theory base on object attribute of overseas merger. Digital pretreatment was made by means of the applied flow chart of rough set, and simplifications of attribute and attribute value were emphatically conducted with the help of the simplification of rough set. The redundancy of the decision-making table was effectively eliminated by the data analytic method in order to choose knowledge auxiliary decision-making. Screening out the object of overseas merger with rough set theory could provide knowledge support and effective evidence for policymaker so as to show the information behind the numbers, which helps to enhance the accuracy of object selection for overseas merger.
