| 摘 要： | 针对西瓜炭疽病病原菌进行了鉴定及其生物学特性研究。通过病原菌形态学鉴定，柯赫氏法则证病，rDNA ITS测序，鉴定该病致病菌为瓜类炭疽菌（Colletotrichumorbiculare）。生物学特性测定结果表明：病菌菌丝生长最适培养基为PSA; 最适碳、氮源分别为蔗糖和NH4Cl; 最适温度为25℃; 最适pH为6; 黑暗条件利于病菌生长。病菌产孢最适培养基为西瓜茎叶煎汁培养基; 最适碳、氮源分别为蔗糖和NH42SO4; 最适温度为25℃; 最适pH为6; 黑暗条件利于孢子产生。菌丝致死温度为55℃，10min; 分生孢子致死温度为52℃，10min。
