摘    要:
[目的]从秦巴山区4月和8月的厚朴叶中提取厚朴酚,并测定其厚朴酚的含量,为综合利用厚朴叶提供理论依据。[方法]用甲醇分别提取4月和8月厚朴叶的厚朴酚,精密称定,用甲醇定容至25 ml容量瓶中,利用高效液相色谱法测定厚朴叶中厚朴酚的含量。高效液相色谱法工作条件为紫外检测波长294 nm,色谱柱为C18(4.6 nm×150.0 nm,5μm),柱温23℃,进样量15μl,流速1 m l/min,流动相甲醇∶水=79∶21。[结果]秦巴山区厚朴叶中的厚朴酚含量存在差异,4月厚朴叶中厚朴酚的含量为0.29‰,8月厚朴叶中的厚朴酚含量为0.32‰。[结论]秦巴山区8月厚朴叶中厚朴酚含量比4月稍高,可从叶子中提取厚朴酚。
