钙对铝胁迫下水稻抗氧化酶活性的影响

摘    要:[目的]探讨钙缓解水稻幼苗铝毒的作用。[方法]以铝敏感的水稻品种"湘中籼2号"为试验材料,研究钙对铝胁迫下水稻幼苗根伸长、膜脂过氧化及抗氧化酶活性的影响。[结果]提高CaCl2浓度均可显著提高水稻幼苗根CAT、APX、SOD等抗氧化酶活性,减少MDA、O2.-的生成,降低铝对水稻根伸长的抑制。[结论]CaCl2对水稻铝胁迫的拮抗作用明显。

Effects of Calcium on Activity of Antioxidative Enzymes in Rice Seedlings under Aluminum Stress

Abstract:[Objective] The amelioration effect of Ca in rice seedling under Al toxicity were investigated.[Method] An Al sensitive rice cultivar Xiangzhong xian No.2 was taken as the experimental material.Roots elongation,root cell lipid peroxidation productions and various antioxidative enzymes activity were detected with hydroponic experiment.[Result] Activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT) and ascorbate peroxidase(APX) increased while CaCl2 concentration was growing.On the other hand,the production of malonyaldehude(MDA) and O2·-which acted as the toxic factors were inhibited.So,the inhibition of rice root elongation under Al stress could be released by CaCl2,and exposure period also played important role.[Conclusion] CaCl2 could ameliorate Al toxicity in rice significantly.
