培养基pH值对芥蓝离体再生的影响

摘    要:比较不同pH值的MS培养基经高温高压灭菌后pH值的变化,并通过不同pH值处理的培养基培养芥蓝下胚轴与不定芽,探讨培养基pH值对芥蓝离体再生的影响。结果表明:不同pH值的MS培养基经高温高压灭菌后,pH值表现不同程度的下降;最适于芥蓝下胚轴分化的培养基是灭菌前pH值为6.20、灭菌后为5.65的处理,最适于生根的培养基是灭菌后pH值高于6.00的两个处理。

Abstract:After autoclave sterilization,changes of different pH value of MS medium were compared.Hypocotyls and adventitious buds were cultured in culture medium with different pH value to discuss the effect of pH value on in vitro regeneration.The results showed that after autoclave sterilization,pH value of MS medium with different pH value declined in varying degrees.The most appropriate differentiation medium for hypocotyls of Chinese kale(Brassica alboglabra L.H.Bailey)was the treatment with 6.20 pH value before...
